The organizer, Monumental Productions, of Awakenings at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) recently announced an additional day. Instead of the usual four nights, Awakenings will happen five nights from October 19th though the 23rd of this year in the Gashouder on the Westergasfabriek premises of Amsterdam. Awakenings has grown to be a major fixture of ADE and is expected to sell-out due to some of the best lineups of techno artists.

Len Faki will debut at his first Awakenings event on Wednesday, October 19th with a program of his own under the name Figure Night. He will be joined by Roman Poncet, Rodhad, Octave One [live], Jeroen Search [live], Cleric, and Blawan.

Drumcode will rule on Thursday, October 20th with label head Adam Beyer, his new bride Ida Engberg, Nicole Moudaber, Marco Reeve, Dense & Pike, and Alan Fitzpatrick.

Joris Voorn has Friday, October 21st with Truncate, Sebastian Mullaert (aka Minilogue), Apollonia, and andhim.

Joseph Capriati will host Saturday, October 22nd with a special appearance by Sven Vath who will be back at ADE for the first time in years. Other artists that night include Pan-Pot, Flavio, Luigi Madonna & Markantonio.

The five days of Awakenings will conclude on Sunday, October 23rd with the ADE Closing Party. Techno artists UVB, Scuba, Oscar Mulero, Mike Storm, Marcel Dettmann, Heaken, Dax J, Ben Sims, and AnD [live] will be closing out the week.
