Last night Insomniac Events head honcho Pasquale Rotella dropped a long post on Facebook detailing their plans for 2017. Some major takeaways include that there will be no EDC NY for 2017! Also that the Springtime Beyond Wonderland festival will take place at the National Orange Show (NOS) rather than San Manual Amphitheater. EDC Japan is on schedule for Spring 2017 and will include a beach stage!! EDC Mexico is stated to now be their 2nd largest event in the Insomniac world. And the fall festival Nocturnal Wonderland will take place on a different weekend from before (formerly Labor Day).
EDC Las Vegas will have a newly designed Kinetic Stage and a yet-to-be-named new stage added to the mix for next summer. And look for each of their branded events/shows (Factory 93, We are NRG, Bassrush, Dreamstate, etc., to have stages at each of their festivals).
