The owner of one of the most famous clubs in Ibiza, Amnesia, has partnered with Sekoya Managent of Soho Garden Dubai to bring music events to Dubai as well as new locations across the globe. NightEvolution, the owner of Amnesia as well as Cova Santa and the Pyramid party brand will launch Horizon Ibiza and along with Sekoya present Horizon Ibiza Dubai.
