A Fyre Festival refund offer you CAN refuse! $100 million lawsuit also!

Fyre Festival organizers have given attendees the option of receiving 2 VIP tickets to the 2018 event for every 2017 ticket they purchased. Sounds like a great deal to us! (Note: sarcasm)

In addition, the festival organizers have been hit with a $100 million class action lawsuit claiming they promoters were guilty of fraud, breach of contract, breach of covenant of good faith and negligent misrepresentation. The suit is brought be celeb attorney Mark Geragos on behalf of one party claiming $5 million in damages however he expect multiple parties to join leading to a $100mm+ total liability.
