27-year-old Italian animator Matteo Shezmen “Shez” Delli Zotti and 17-year old Australian 3D artist, Israel James collaborated on making an animated video for “Give Life Back to Music” similar to the official Daft Punk videos from their earlier albums. Giorgio Moroder was so impressed with the video he used it as part of his show in recent appearances. The lads stated that Moroder did not approach them to ask permission for his use of the video (our take is that his use may fall under the same fair use provision that they are using the original Daft Punk track!).
