The BPM Festival will be celebrating its 8th anniversary in Playa del Carmen, Mexico on January 9-18, 2015. BPM has increased its roster of artists and size of the festival since its beginning 8 years ago. The Festival has established itself as an essential annual winter holiday for fans of underground dance music. The 10 day festival allows attendees 24 hour dancing on the beaches of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula.

The location of BPM allows attendees to partake in endless activities like exploring the Mayan ancient ruins, experiencing the local Mexican culture, swimming in underwater caves as well as experiencing Playa del Carmen’s nightlife scene.

The Festival features over 250 artists as well as multiple day and night events. BPM has become known for its international crowd of dance music enthusiasts, artists, and industry professionals. Playa Del Carmen has become an annual dance music destination with attendees returning every year.

The BPM Festival’s travel portal is through Orbitz where attendees can book their hotels, condos, and flights here. Early bird tickets go on sale on Tuesday, July 15 and will be available at bpm.wantickets.com.

“Combined with the tropical weather, this makes the festival a winning proposition for many fans of electronic music. BPM lures in thousand of revellers from abroad, plus vacationers roped in by the call of the beach clubs and a growing contingent of locals. There’s nothing else like BPM in North America.”– Resident Advisor

“I think The BPM Festival is one of the most important festival or events in middle America/South America. Sometimes it’s hard to have the possibility of discovering all of the artists that are here in one week or two weeks. So most of the people they come here to have the chance to have everybody in one place. And I think that’s what the people look for. Good music, dancing and a lot of fun.” – Luciano
