Per the Wall Street Journal, SBE is in advanced talks with the Hakkasan Group to combine the two entertainment companies into a new company with hotel, restaurant and nightclub venues worldwide. The combined company would have an approximate valuation of $1 Billion per a source and close within 60 days per SBE CEO Sam Nazarian. While deemed a merger, Hakkasan would be folded into SBE.
