The initial report has been released by the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner which states that the DJ died by an accidental drug overdose. The cause of death was listed as “acute ketamine toxicity” and the drugs MDMA and cocaine were also found in his system.
In two weeks the final autopsy report is projected to be released.
