Eventbrite to purchase Ticketfly!

Just 2 years after Pandora purchased Ticketfly for $450 million, the ever-expanding Eventbrite ticketing company has purchased Ticketfly for only $200 million. Ticketfly has shown strong revenue and income growth recently so the sale price was a bit of a surprise. As part of the sale, Eventbrite and Pandora will continue with the integration of ticketing and music which began with the original Pandora acquisition of Ticketfly.
