FBI Finds Tourists in Dominican Republic Died from ‘Natural Causes,’ Declares Island Safe for Holy Ship! Wrecked 2020

FBI toxicology reports regarding the mysterious deaths of a U.S. couple visiting the Dominican Republic showed that they died from natural causes. The State Department said the following:

“The results of the additional, extensive toxicology testing completed to date have been consistent with the findings of local authorities.”

The deaths made headlines in May when the couple seemed to have died at the same time in their hotel room. Dominican Republic’s minister of tourism said in June that the deaths were not related to any mysterious fatalities that the U.S. media was reporting however were statistically normal. This is great news for Holy Ship Wrecked 2020 as the festival will be on dry land in January at the Caribbean Island’s Hard Rock Punta Cana resort.

The findings reflect the words of the organizers behind Holy Ship! like Kelly Viau, Director of Business Development for Cloud 9 Adventures, who had the following to say:

“Having visited the Dominican Republic dozens of times over the last decade, hosted events for thousands of people, and paved relationships with local friends and colleagues, we stand by the wonderful people of the Dominican Republic and hope the media will give them the courtesy of clearing up the misconceptions that were spread earlier this year. We look forward to hosting incredible events at Hard Rock Punta Cana which are sure to be next-level experiences for artists and music fans alike at this world class all-inclusive resort.”

Holy Ship Wrecked 2020 lands at the Hard Rock Punta Cana resort in the Dominican Republic on Wednesday, January 22 through Sunday, January 26 with headliners that include Diplo, Ladeon, Claude VonStroke, Lane8, Nghtmre & Slander plus many more!
