Five Can’t-Miss Experiences Taking Over Las Vegas for EDC 2026

The countdown to EDC Las Vegas 2026 is officially on, and this year’s celebration is shaping up to be the biggest yet. As the iconic festival marks its 30th anniversary, Las Vegas is transforming into a nonstop playground of music, art, nightlife, and immersive fan experiences. From sky-high helicopter rides to poolside parties and brand-new parade spectacles on the Strip, EDC Week 2026 is delivering much more than just the festival itself.

With more than 200 artists scheduled to perform across the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, fans can expect unforgettable sets from FISHER, John Summit, Steve Aoki, Zedd, and dozens of other electronic music heavyweights throughout the weekend.

Here are five standout activations and events fans won’t want to miss during EDC Las Vegas 2026.

1. Helicopter Flights Over EDC Bring the Festival to New Heights

One of the most unforgettable ways to experience EDC this year is from above. Helicopter rides over the festival grounds are returning for 2026, giving attendees a breathtaking aerial view of the massive production inside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Maverick Helicopters which has run heli tours over the Strip, to the Grand Canyon and back and forth to EDC are offering a one-in-a-lifetime view flying over EDC itself this year with a takeoff and landing onsite at EDC. Tickets are available here for $399. In addition flights skipping the EDC traffic are available for $675 one-way and $975 round-trip!

As thousands of lights pulse across the Speedway and fireworks explode over kineticFIELD, riders will get a panoramic look at one of the world’s most visually stunning music festivals. The helicopter experience has become one of the most talked-about luxury add-ons during EDC weekend, offering fans a once-in-a-lifetime perspective of the electric desert.

2. iHeartRaves Takes Over the Cosmopolitan and Luxor

Festival fashion and nightlife culture collide as iHeartRaves hosts a series of EDC Week events and activations at both the The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Luxor Hotel & Casino.

Known for defining rave style and festival culture, iHeartRaves is expected to bring exclusive merch drops, interactive experiences, photo moments, and high-energy pre-parties throughout the week. Fans staying on the Strip will find these activations to be perfect warm-ups before heading to the Speedway each night.

EDC Week itself has expanded into a citywide celebration, with events happening across major venues including OMNIA, Marquee, LIV, XS, Zouk, and Encore Beach Club.

3. CASA BACARDÍ Debuts at Daisy Fields

For the first time ever, BACARDÍ Rum is stepping into the EDC spotlight as the official sponsor of Daisy Fields Stage with the launch of CASA BACARDÍ. Running Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17, the activation brings tropical Caribbean-inspired energy directly into the heart of the festival.

Located inside EDC Las Vegas and open to all festivalgoers 21 and older, CASA BACARDÍ is designed as an immersive “party within the party,” blending music, dance, cocktails, and social experiences into one vibrant destination.

Guests can sip specialty cocktails created exclusively for EDC, including the Disco Desert Lemonade, Electric Dance Mojito, BACARDÍ Agua Fresca, and Mango Fuego — each crafted to match the colorful, high-energy atmosphere of the weekend. Golden Hour samplings, interactive photo opportunities, and festival-inspired social content moments will also be part of the experience.

The activation expands beyond the Speedway as BACARDÍ also presents the Hotel EDC pool experience, featuring performances from artists including Avello, KASIA, and Bradeazy.

4. The First-Ever EDC World Party Parade Hits the Las Vegas Strip

One of the most anticipated additions to EDC’s 30th anniversary celebration is the debut of the EDC World Party Parade, taking place Thursday, May 14 on the Las Vegas Strip starting at 6pm running in front of Resorts World and the Fontainbleau.

For the first time in festival history, Insomniac is bringing the spirit of EDC directly into the city with illuminated art cars, live DJs, dancers, performers, and massive moving floats rolling down Las Vegas Boulevard in a high-energy “techno parade.”

The free, all-ages kickoff event is expected to draw huge crowds as the Strip transforms into a glowing celebration of dance music culture before festival gates officially open Friday night. Fans online are already calling “Day Zero” one of the most exciting additions to EDC weekend in years.

5. EDC Week Nightlife Takes Over Las Vegas

The party doesn’t stop when the festival ends each morning. Throughout the week, Las Vegas nightclubs and dayclubs are hosting massive EDC Week events featuring some of the biggest names in dance music.

One standout event is Steve Aoki – EDC Week at OMNIA Nightclub on Friday, May 15. Fans can expect an over-the-top late-night experience complete with high-energy visuals, surprise moments, and nonstop festival vibes long after EDC wraps for the evening.

Other EDC Week performances across Las Vegas include appearances from Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Alison Wonderland, and The Chainsmokers at clubs and pool parties throughout the city.

As EDC Las Vegas celebrates three decades of dance music culture, 2026 is shaping up to be more than just a festival — it’s becoming a full-scale citywide experience. Between the new parade, luxury helicopter tours, immersive brand activations, pool parties, and nonstop nightlife, fans heading to Las Vegas this May can expect one of the most unforgettable EDC weekends yet.
