Chor Ng, the owner of the warehouse of the tragic fire which led to the death of 36 people last December, is set to receive a payment of more than $3 million according to KTVU Fox 2 news. KTVU confirmed the news via insurance agency attorneys at a court appearance last week.
Ng is being sued by at least 2 parties in relation to the fire and is not being charged criminally.
