San Francisco is getting a bold new addition to its nightlife scene as Goldenvoice, the powerhouse behind Coachella and Portola, just unveiled Club Darc—a seasonal electronic music club that promises to transform a waterfront warehouse into the city’s newest dance destination.

Starting February 27 and running through May 16, Club Darc will take over Shed A at Pier 48 in the Mission Rock neighborhood for select weekend events. The industrial space, typically quiet, will pulse with electronic beats as Goldenvoice brings its signature festival magic to an intimate club setting. This marks the warehouse’s first-ever run as a music venue, and the promoters are wasting no time assembling a heavyweight lineup.

The roster reads like a who’s who of electronic music’s current elite. Chart-toppers Peggy Gou, Michael Bibi, and The Martinez Brothers will headline alongside rising stars like Chris Stussy and Mau P. Fans can also catch back-to-back sets from DJ Tennis and DJ Seinfeld, a performance from house music legend Armand Van Helden, and DJ sets from Neil Frances, Ben Sterling, Silva Bumpa, Miguelle & Tons, and others. Each event will blend international headliners with emerging talent and local San Francisco artists, creating a curated experience that balances star power with underground credibility.

Goldenvoice isn’t going it alone. They’ve teamed up with Giants Enterprises, the business arm of the San Francisco Giants, to turn this vision into reality. The partnership combines Goldenvoice’s expertise in music production with the Giants’ experience hosting major events, aiming to create something that feels both world-class and distinctly San Francisco.

Danny Bell, Club Darc’s founder and Goldenvoice’s SVP Talent Buyer, emphasized the venue’s potential to realize their vision and noted of the upcoming series of shows:

“We’re very excited to bring yet another new dance music experience to the Bay Area with Club Darc. Shed A at Pier 48 is the perfect venue to bring this vision to life — we’re going to transform the warehouse into our ideal club environment. Working alongside our partners at the SF Giants, our goal is to further the mission of making San Francisco a global hub for electronic music. We have a great lineup for our first season, and it’s going to be a blast!”

The launch builds directly on Portola’s success. That festival, also produced by Goldenvoice, takes place at Pier 80 in a similar industrial warehouse setting along the bay. By creating Club Darc, Goldenvoice is doubling down on San Francisco’s waterfront warehouses as prime venues for dance music, cementing the city’s position as a major destination for electronic music fans worldwide.

More show dates and artist announcements are expected soon, but the first wave alone signals that Club Darc means business. For electronic music lovers in the Bay Area, winter and spring just got a lot more interesting.
