Gordo (aka Carnage) Again at the Center of Controversy

Last weekend in London at the Ministry of Sound, Gordo (formerly DJ Carnage) went well beyond his scheduled set time bumping the closing djs Waze and Essel. According to Waze, Gordo refused to come off the decks at the scheduled end time of his set.

After several days of EDM Twitter getting after Gordo, he issued the following statement:

Below we have Essel’s take on the situation as well:

We would like to think that it truly was a miscommunication with Gordo and he didn’t just willfully play over the other 2 scheduled djs – it is a reasonable possibility however Gordo is no stranger to controversy.

We hope his statement getting new bookings for Essel and Waze does come to fruition!
