Inomniac takes over OMNIA San Diego

Expanding their nightclub presence, nightlife promoters Insomniac have announced they have taken over operation of the OMNIA San Diego nightclub now rebranded as Nova SD.

The news notes this is a partnership between Insomniac and Tao Group Hospitality.  This comes after Tao Group’s purchase of Hakkasan which included the San Diego venue.

The opening weekend is set for February 25th to 26th with RL Grime and deadmau5. Already announced upcoming shows feature Tiesto, Diplo, Steve Aoki and JOYRYDE.

Nova SD marks the eighth club to be added to the Insomniac network including Academy LA, Exchange LA, Time OC, Club Space (Miami), Vanguard (Orlando) and #1 voted nightclub Echostage in Washington DC (and its sister venue Soundcheck).

You can look for presale tickets and guestlist opportunities for Nova SD here and the Nova SD facebook group here.
