Insomniac announced today the return of Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on May 17, 18, and 19, 2019 for three nights of music and art. Insomniac will transform the 1,000 plus acres into a neon-lit from dusk until dawn playground complete with over 200 dance music artists, art installations, new stage designs, a new Downtown EDC experience, and Camp EDC.
Camp EDC will return conveniently next to the Speedway following a successful sold-out inaugural year. The immersive camping program will alleviate vehicle traffic for campers by offering an easy commute and convenient ins as well as outs of the festival every day. “The Mesa” is located in the middle of Camp EDC and offers campers entertainment, activities as well as amenities for campers to partake in all weekend. Campers will be able to enjoy daytime pool parties, a guest speaker series, and group classes that exercise the mind, body as well as the spirit.
Tickets for Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas will go on sale here on Friday, September 28 at 10am (PST). A new GA+ tier will launch that includes expedited festival entrance and access to air-conditioned restrooms. Fans will be able to reserve festival passes at the “Early Owl” first tier pricing of $319 for General Admission, $499 for GA+, and $799 for VIP. Fans who miss out on the “Early Owl” first tier pricing will have the opportunity to purchase the “Wise Owl” second tier pricing of $399 for General Admission and $519 for GA+ with layaway options for all ticket types available.
Insomniac Founder and CEO, Pasquale Rotella, had the following to say about Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Las Vegas 2019:
“EDC is a festival we prepare for all year round, and even though we got great feedback about the move to May, our new shuttle partner, and our first ever camping experience, we aspire to improve each and every year. Next year we’ll be bringing lots of exciting improvements to Camp EDC, redesigning some of our most popular stages, creating an all-new Downtown EDC, and adding a new ticket tier that we hope will give attendees a new way to experience the festival.”
