Insomniac announced today that Factory 93, their techno, deep house, and tech house brand, will hold their first New Year’s Eve show this December 31st. Get Real, comprised of DJs Claude VonStroke and Green Velvet, will take attendees on a journey into the early morning hours of the New Year at the Factory 93 warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles. Get Real, who have performed together at venues and festivals all over the world, will bring their unique take on old-school house, funk, and techno during their 4 hour set.
Factory 93 was created to get back to Insomniac’s underground roots and warehouse culture in Los Angeles of the early 90s. The Factory 93 brand made its debut this past Halloween weekend at Escape: Psycho Circus where the impressive lineup included Loco Dice, Jamie Jones, and Richie Hawtin. As EDM Life has reported, Factory 93 will be teaming up with Solomun on December 3rd in Los Angeles to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of his iconic label, Diynamic.
In true underground music fashion, tickets will be sold via Resident Advisor. Presale tickets for ‘Factory 93 Presents Get Real’ will be available here via sign-up list on Wednesday, November 9 at 12pm (PST), and general tickets go on sale here the following Friday, November 11 at 12pm (PST).
