Kaskade Wins Almost $8 Million Settlement From Kaos Las Vegas

Prior to Covid-19 disrupted the economy, Kaos was the new nightclub in Vegas disrupting the status-quo by getting huge talent such as Kaskade, Deadmau5, Skrillex and more to cross Interstate 15 and perform at the Palms Casino.

Unfortunately as we all know too well, Kaos caved under the pressure of the huge dj fees it committed to the same talent. Kaskade who had signed a contract with the venue to perform an extended residency, sued after not being paid for 30 cancelled shows.

The judge in the case awarded $7,950,000 plus legal fees to Kaskade (Ryan Raddon) and his attorneys from FP Holdings who owned the casino and nightclub at the time.

It is unclear at this time if this award will be appealed or even collectible as the casino has been sold and the nightclub is defunct.
