Kaskade’s Sunsoaked Festival Cancelled!

In unexpected news today, Kaskade dropped the bombshell that his 2-day Sunsoaked festival to be held in Long Beach in July is being cancelled.

The news comes 3 weeks before the 2-day event was to take place.

A specific reason was not given other than Ryan (Kaskade) saying the changes he had requested for this year’s event to make it better were not getting accomplished and it was best to cancel (versus holding it with issues we infer).

All ticket buyers will receive refunds within 21 days automatically.

We do note that there was some fan displeasure with the fact that the early buyers for 2 day passes paid $300 while recently the price dropped to $199 and there are unconfirmed reports that some fans received emails allowing them to buy tickets for $50.

The dropping of ticket prices suggests that ticket sales were not what they hoped would be however this is supposition by or part.
