Three artists from distinct corners of the electronic music world have joined forces on a new track called “Ultra Love,” set to drop on March 13th through Lost In Dreams Records and KSHMR‘s Dharma Worldwide label. The single marks a significant moment in producer and Jason Ross‘ ongoing album rollout, offering a glimpse into where the project is headed next.
The song centers on the overwhelming feeling of a deep, consuming connection. Vocalist Brieanna Grace opens with a restrained, intimate delivery that gradually builds into something far more expansive and euphoric. Musically, the track layers cinematic textures and moody arpeggios over a trance-influenced pulse, with tight percussion and intricately stacked melodic elements running throughout. The production reflects both KSHMR’s orchestral sensibility and Jason Ross’ background in progressive and melodic bass music, landing somewhere between festival spectacle and headphone detail.
The collaboration came together somewhat by chance. KSHMR had his eye on Brieanna Grace’s vocal demo when he discovered Jason Ross had already begun building a track around the same recording. Rather than compete, the two producers decided to combine their efforts, with KSHMR weaving in additional sonic touches including flute and bells. Jason Ross described the pairing as both exciting and natural despite their different musical backgrounds, noting that Grace’s voice gave the track its emotional center. For her part, Grace had originally written the song in a session with collaborators Stav Beger and Stefi Novo, and felt early on that it was destined for something bigger. Hearing what the two producers brought to it confirmed that instinct.
The release builds on momentum Jason Ross has been generating with his album, particularly following his earlier single “Crash,” which has accumulated over 181,000 streams. Each single is paired with a short visual piece, forming part of a three-episode documentary series exploring the personal and creative story behind the album.
KSHMR brings considerable weight to the project. His career stretches from co-writing the global hip-hop crossover hit “Like A G6” to producing festival anthems and racking up more than ten chart-topping records on Beatport, including collaborations with Tiësto. He has earned recognition from DJ Mag for live performance and has been featured on the cover of Rolling Stone. Beyond his own releases, he has cultivated a broader influence through his Dharma Worldwide label, a long-running radio show, and an acclaimed production tutorial series. He is currently mid-way through a world tour with dates spanning London, New York, Washington D.C., Paris, Chicago, Boston, and a special orchestral show at the Hollywood Palladium.
Brieanna Grace rounds out the trio with a songwriting background rooted in pop and a vocal style that translates equally well to radio and the club. The Los Angeles-based multi-instrumentalist recently appeared on a collaboration with Tiësto called “Beautiful Places,” which surpassed 2.6 million streams within its first month. “Ultra Love” is available now across all major streaming platforms.
