The former Rain at the Palms which has been closed for several years is now planned to be converted into a 29,000 SF nightclub and 73,000 SF pool and dayclub which will be open all year. The pool/dayclub will have a maximum occupancy of 5,000 at one time.
The day/nightclub venues will be managed by the Tao Group and per partner Noah Tepperberg it will be the largest club venue in Las Vegas when complete. However the new club venue is not projected to open until the end of 2018 or early 2019.
The club project is part of a major renovation at the Palms to the entire property’s food and entertainment venues.
