Minimal Effort: All Hallow’s Eve Phase 1 Lineup + New Venue

After a successful debut last year, Minimal Effort returns to Los Angeles for its sophomore year this upcoming Halloween. Minimal Effort recently announced their Phase 1 artist lineup as well as a new location for the annual event. Minimal Effort: All Hallow’s Eve will take place on October 28th from 6pm to 2 am at the Enox Events Center in Downtown Los Angeles. The day-into-night event will feature two stages, one indoor and one outdoor, where the venue can accommodate thousands of attendees. The Phase 1 lineup includes MK [Marc Kinchen], Damian Lazarus, Dusky, Brodkinski, BEHROUZ, Amine Edge & DANCE plus Human Resources. The Phase 2 artist lineup is set to roll out on September 25th.
