Ibiza keeps on going upscale with the announcement of the new Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay located on Talamanca Beach. Formerly the Playa Real, the new hotel is scheduled for a June 30th opening date. Of course the main draw is the Nobu name associated primarily with sushi as well as the hotel-with-a-hotel at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas along with its beachfront location in Talamanca.
