Privilege Ibiza To Stay Shut this Summer

The billboard posted last fall notwithstanding, the largest club in the world Privilege Ibiza will not open this summer according to the majority owner José María Echániz.

It is noted that the minority owner of Privilege (45%) is Abel Matutes the owner of Ushuaia Ibiza.

According to locals on the island, the venue has not been maintained during the Covid-19 crisis and required a substantial amount of maintenance work to be able to accept clubbers.

This means that one of the islands best techno parties, Ultra’s Resistance brand, will not be coming to the island this summer as of now.
