DJ and producer Snails (Frédérik Durand) recently filed a legal paperwork against Michaela Higgins claiming Higgins made false claims about the dj.
Snails posted a lengthy public statement here on Dropbox refuting any allegations made against him.
According to Durand, he has never met or spoken to Michela however she has reprinted claims from Kasey Conelly who Snails admits to sleeping with one one occasion and later began a campaign to slander Snails. Snails posted in the Dropbox link screenshots of conversations with Conelly which refute her public postings that Snails ‘assaulted’ her.
At this time of publishing the lawsuit was filed in Canada. We will post an update in the future when news is available of developments in this story.
