Per an article in the Next Miami website, plans have been filed with the City of Miami to build a 709 foot tall tower. While the filing of building plans does not guarantee the project will come to fruition, with the current hot state of the Miami condo market it appears as though we can at some point in the future see the closure of one of the most famous nightclubs in the US if not the world!
