The BPM Festival Announces the First 10 Showcases for 10 Year Anniversary

The BPM Festival is gearing up to celebrate their ten year anniversary in Playa del Carmen, Mexico from January 6-15, 2017. The festival has grown exponentially over the past decade from 5,000 attendees with 30 artists in 2006 to over 70,000 attendees with 430 artists in 2016. The festival is known as a winter getaway on the Mayan Riviera for music fans of techno and house. DJs/producers as well as industry professionals congregate at the annual ten day music festival that features day and night parties at various nightclubs and beachfront venues around Playa del Carmen.

The BPM Festival announced today the first ten showcases, which include Steve Lawler’s Warriors, No.19 Music’s Social Experiment, Dubfire’s Sci+Tec, Guy Gerber’s Rumors, Jamie Jones’ Paradise, Nicole Moudaber presents MOOD, Marco Carola’s Music On, Hot Since 82’s Knee Deep In Sound, and German collective Keinemusik. What is known as the “festival within a festival” as well as The BPM Festival’s signature event, YA’AH MUUL, will be back for its second year.
