Not giving a care about the Coronavirus in France, an estimated 2,500 ravers from France and other areas attended a New Year’s Eve event in Lieuron, Brittany in western France.
Police officers who raided the party were attacked with bottles and stones and one police car was burned. The event took place in a hangar even though France has a national 8pm to 6am curfew.
Additional illegal raves and parties were reported in the English countryside and Spain as well as in Los Angeles.
