This past weekend, top techno DJ Joseph Capriati was rushed to the hospital after having a argument with his father at his home in Italy and then being stabbed by the elder Capriati.
According to La Republica, the incident began after the dj was arguing with his mother. When his father intervened, Capriati punched his father who then retaliated by stabbing his son.
Recent reports note that the dj is in stable condition and his injuries are not life threatening according to a statement posted online by his management. Capriati’s father was arrested after the incident when police arrived after an emergency call.
