The Adria Brothers and Guy Laliberte recently announced their creative partnership for a new dining experience in Ibiza called ‘HEART’. They are describing it as “The Creative Collision Between Food, Music, and Art”. Â Albert and Ferran Adria are world-famous chefs and Guy Laliberte is the founder of Cirque du Soleil. The HEART project was conceived more than ten years ago from their common passion for music, art, and food. HEART is slated to open this summer at the iconic Ibiza Gran Hotel.
HEART will boast three different dining experiences for their guests. ‘THE BARAKA’ is a casual setting on the outside terrace that is inspired by world street food markets. The terrace will feature food, ambient live art performances, art pieces, and music. ‘LA BOITE’ will feature live music and art with a beverage and food service. ‘THE WORKSHOP’ will be a unique space for experiencing art, food, and music.
