Tom Swoon (real name Dorian Tomasiak) apparently was allegedly behind the wheel and caused an accident which led to the death of one individual and another seriously injured. According to Polish media reports, Swoon was driving a VW Scirocco, hit another car which led to the other car crashing. Swoon was detained as part of the investigation and said to be far over the legal limit for alcohol in one’s system while driving.
