Infected Mushroom and Bliss drop new hi-energy track “LA Beast!”

Renowned psy-trance electronic music innovators Infected Mushroom just released their newest track “LA Beast“, spanning 10 minutes across heavy metal, rock, psytrance, and French techno influences, “LA Beast”—created alongside the duo’s frequent collaborator Bliss—delivers a high-energy 145 bpm experience designed for club settings. Stream the track here or watch the video below on YouTube.

“This marks the first occasion that Infected Mushroom and Bliss worked together in person within the same studio space, as all our prior joint projects were completed remotely,” note Infected Mushroom members Amit “Duvdev” Duvdevani and Erez Eisen regarding the track. “The initial working title was actually ‘LA Bliss’, inspired by his trip to our production facility.”

“I performed at Dreamstate in LA and seized the chance to extend my stay for several days to create music with Erez and Duvdev. We enjoyed a productive multi-day session,” Bliss recounts. “The lyric ‘LA Beast’ emerged somewhat spontaneously… as I recall, Duvdev picked up the microphone and those were his first words along with the impromptu vocals. For this piece, our goal was crafting a polished sound incorporating 80s elements and concluding with an emotionally understated finale.”

“LA Beast” arrives after “What You Know You Know You Know” and “Lightweight” in Infected Mushroom’s recent catalog of releases. All three compositions will appear on IM30, a significant collection commemorating thirty years of Infected Mushroom, scheduled for January 30, 2026.
