Insomniac and OCESA announced this week the official lineup for the 5th edition of Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) Mexico. The annual music event will be returning to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City on Saturday, February 24 and Sunday, February 25, 2018. Over 120 dance music acts will take over seven stages for two nights of audiovisual production, carnival rides, and art installations.
Several artists will be making their EDC Mexico debut including Eric Prydz, Jauz, and Flosstradamus. Prydz will be performing twice over the weekend as both Eric Prydz and his techno alias, Cirez D. deadmau5 will finally be returning to EDC since his last performance seven years ago, and Tiësto will also be making an appearance since his EDC Mexico set in 2015.
At this year’s edition of EDC Mexico, an all-new stage design will be debuting as the second largest structure at the festival at circuitGROUNDS, in addition to costumed characters, and roaming sets on the Boombox Art Car.
