Seismic Dance Event has announced its first wave of artists for the 9.0 edition of the festival, set to take place November 13–15, 2026 at The Concourse Project in Austin, Texas. The event once again promises to bring together forward-thinking performers and a passionate underground audience for a full weekend of house and techno, continuing its standing as the South’s leading festival for the genre.
The initial artist announcement covers a wide range of electronic music styles and profiles. Headlining the bill are pioneering trio Above & Beyond, viral masked act horsegiirl, Austin’s own hard techno favorite Sara Landry, genre-crossing artist Porter Robinson, Amsterdam-based KI/KI, and UK producer SG Lewis. Rounding out the upper tier are bass-house artist Chris Lorenzo, house stalwart Max Styler, and melodic techno artist Layton Giordani.
The announcement also features a strong selection of artists pushing the edges of underground dance music, among them UK garage acts MPH, Notion, Diffrent, and Smokey Bubblin’ B, industrial techno duo Brutalismus 3000, hard-speed DJ VTSS, Australian house artist Luke Alessi, genre-fluid producer Devault, Canadian club act HNTR, UK staple Kyle Starkey, melodic techno artist Adam Sellouk, and lo-fi house project 1TBSP.
Rounding out the lineup is a diverse cast of rising and boundary-crossing talent spanning the global electronic spectrum, including Latin house artist BOLO, breakout producer Kamino, Brunello, the dancefloor pairing of Cole Knight b2b Dreya V, Welker, Benwal, Joss Dean, Texas selector Conrad Taylor, Spanish duo Mestiza, Fallon, Hills, and electronic project Starjunk 95.
The festival is organized by Austin-based RealMusic Events and has built a devoted following through its combination of internationally recognized DJs and carefully selected underground acts. Its emphasis on intimate atmosphere, high production values, and a genuine community feel sets it apart from larger, more mainstream festival experiences.
Central to that experience is The Concourse Project, the independently run venue that hosts Seismic each year. Known for its hybrid indoor-outdoor layout, top-tier sound infrastructure, and festival-caliber production, the venue has become a respected destination in the global electronic music world since opening in 2021, earning a spot on DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs list, including rankings of third in the US and 31st worldwide.
Programming is spread across three distinct stages — the indoor Volcano, the outdoor Tsunami, and the Frequency stage — each with its own aesthetic identity and curated sound. As the main festival hours wind down, the energy continues into late-night afterparties held in The Concourse Project’s main room.
