Soundcloud plans subscription service

A poorly kept secret was finally confirmed this week by Soundcloud. Amid mounting financing woes and lawsuits from music labels, the dance music friendly streaming website has confirmed their plans via CTO Eric Wahlforss. The service would have 2 tiers with the more pricey tier offering full access and downloads while the less expensive service would have caps of some sort. For those sticking with free streaming there will be commercials/ads in the streams.
