According to Richard James aka Aphex Twin, Kanye sampled his track ‘Avril 14th’ for his track ‘Blame Game’. According to Richard, when Kanye’s people sent him the song for review, he offered to redo the original sample is higher quality for them. Kanye’s people turned him down effectively saying ‘we don’t need you now – its our music now!’.
