Two of Tiesto’s 2014 singles, “Wasted (featuring Matthew Koma)” and “Red Lights” from his 5th full-length album ‘A Town Called Paradise’, went Gold today and are his first releases to have gone Gold in the States. Tiesto will be celebrating these milestones by hosting The Gold Party as part of his Club Life residency at Hakkasan Nightclub on Friday, September 12, 2014 in Las Vegas. He will also be debuting the video for his upcoming single “Light Years Away (featuring DBX)”. Prior to The Gold Party, Tiesto will be premiering remixes of “Light Years Away” by electronic dance music producers, FlicFlac, Oliver Heldens, and MoTi.
Casablanca Records has launched a contest on their Facebook page. When fans “like” their page, they will be entered to win a personalized Gold plaque commemorating Tiesto’s singles achieving their Gold statuses.
Tiesto will be on the cover of this month’s DJ Times. He will also be playing live at Budweiser’s Made In America Festival and the Global Citizen Festival to end the summer.
