Per the NY Times, Ian Schrager, one of the two original owners of Studio 54 is redeveloping a building at 25th and Collins Avenue in South Beach in conjunction with Marriott. The property, to be known as Miami Edition, is to be a condo hotel with a ‘Studio 54-like’ nightclub as well. Edition is the new chain of boutique hotels from Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott.
