Following the initial announcement that electronic music pioneer Kaskade would take his celebrated Coachella ORIGIN// performance on a limited tour, full details have landed for his massive Los Angeles-area stop. Produced in partnership with concert titan Goldenvoice—the powerhouse team behind Coachella and Stagecoach—the 8x GRAMMY-nominated producer will bring the ORIGIN// experience to the Santa Monica Pier on Friday, September 4th.
Marking a historic moment for the local dance music scene, this Goldenvoice-backed event represents the first time a large-scale EDM production of this caliber will take over the iconic beach setting along the Santa Monica Pier.
The ORIGIN// show made waves earlier this year as one of Coachella’s standout electronic sets. Built around a custom cinematic stage design and a setlist spanning Kaskade’s deep catalog, the concept is designed to tell the story of his forthcoming album of the same name.
Given Goldenvoice’s involvement in both Coachella and this special Pier date, fans can expect top-tier production that scales the original festival stage concept into a bespoke beachside spectacle. Outside of Los Angeles, Kaskade is bringing the limited ORIGIN// tour to premier venues in Brooklyn, Miami, and Austin.
