California takes 1st step towards extending alcohol sales to 4am!

Yesterday the California Senate passed Senate Bill 384 which will allow individual cities and counties to make their own rules on extending alcohol sales to 4am if they so wish. The bill still has to pass the entire assembly and be signed by the governor and September is the earliest the bill could become law. Regardless its a good 1st step for an eventual relaxing of the 2am alcohol sales cutoff.
