Deadmau5 participated in his first Gumball 3000 rally and documented his experience. He shared some of the event with us in his mini-teaser video and promises that the long form video will be released soon.
The video features Joel Zimmerman aka Deadmau5 with driving partner Tory Belleci of “Mythbusters” as they drive from Miami to Ibiza in Deadmau5’s now infamous blue “Purarri” Ferarri. The teaser also features clips of Deadmau5’s new album “While (1<2)”, which is the perfect soundtrack for the ride. Belleci and Deadmau5 were awarded “The Spitit of Gumball Award” as the team that best embodied the spirit of the rally. Deadmau5 traded in his “Purarri” for a McLaren when he returned from the rally.
