According to The Asahi Shimbun, DJ David Morales was arrested after flying to Japan for a DJ gig. A customs officer found a clear baggie with about 0.3 grams of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine, also known as ecstasy. The amount spotted was described at 5 to 6 crystals half the size of a grain of salt.
Morales’ gig last night was cancelled with the promoter describing the dj as ‘sick’.
The dj stated that the drug must have been slipped into his baggage but an unknown party.
