Billy McFarland the disgraced party promoter of the infamous Fyre Festival was released from prison early on March 30th according to media reports.
McFarland was originally given a six-year sentence in 2018 after being convicted of 2 counts of wire fraud. At this time it appears that McFarland is currently restricted to a halfway house.
Make sure you be very wary of any music festivals that look as over-the-top as Fyre Festival portrayed itself to be.
