This one is of new construction and a Nordic design. The home has approximately 18,000 SF of living area as well as a guest house. The home has the required LA swimming pool as well as sports court for basketball or tennis/pickleball.
This is the 2nd home the ‘Clarity’ producer has purchased in Encino, the first was bought 2 years ago from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. In the past year Zedd also finally sold his house just off Mulholland Drive.
