Saeed Younan is celebrating his 20th year in the music industry with his “Decades Tour” by traveling the world blending his style of techno and house.
Younan was born in Iraq and living in Washington DC since the early 80s growing up with an eclectic mix of ethnic music that influences him today. Younan is a renowned DJ who has opened for all of Carl Cox’s US tour dates including his Las Vegas residency. Cox also invited him to play his arena at numerous festivals that include EDC Las Vegas, Ultra Miami, Electric Forest, and the legendary closing party of SPACE Ibiza final chapter. Younan is not only an international DJ, but also a recording artist, remix producer, and head of his own label Younan Music. Beatport nominated Younan for a best tech-house track for the Beatport Awards and Younan has also had numerous top 10 singles on Beatport.
Younan had the following to say about his busy schedule and music:
“It’s a lot of juggling, but I’m used to it, I’ve done it all my life. I’m excited about the future, about my label and my production work. I wake up every morning and ask, what is going to keep me going? What can I do that nobody else has done yet? What’s next? I just want people to enjoy my music as much as I enjoy playing it for them.”
