In December 2017, DJ Tom Swoon (real name Dorian Tomasiak) rear ended a car while driving under the influence of alcohol.
The dj was arrested and now six months later has released a statement saying in part that he is awaiting his sentencing after pleading guilty, will be giving up music for the time being and that his ‘Tom Swoon’s dj persona will be retired.
