Avicii’s glass house sells in Hollywood, David Guetta buys stunning condo in Miami Beach

Avicii’s striking glass house in the ‘Bird Street’ area of Los Angeles just sold in an off-market transaction for $17.5 million. The artist paid $15.5 million for the home several years ago. Two pictures of the home are below:

And in other dj-related real estate news, French DJ David Guetta has just bought a $9,5 million condominium in the Setai building in Miami Beach (also in an off market transaction). Guetta plans to rent the unit out for $10,000 to almost $30,000 a week – here’s your chance to live not just like the famous dj but in his actual home!
