London clubs to breathalyze you on entry!

According to the London Evening Standard, police are starting a trial program to breathalyze clubbers before they enter nightclubs. The thought is that too much “pre-gaming” is taking place, aka getting drunk on cheap drinks at home, etc., then going to the club. The goal is mainly to help reduce fights and violence inside clubs. It remains to be seen if this will in reality make any impact (or not).
